Premier Inn Gloucester Business Park hotel

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and quiet environment. I enjoyed my stay

Fairly standard Premier Inn. Rooms are a bit older and could do with an update. Car parking is charged at £3 per night, which is unreasonable as this is a remote location with no other means of transport and it’s unlikely anyone other than a hotel guest would want to park there. I had expected breakfast to be served from 6:30am, but it was only from 7am - this may have been because it was a weekend, but it was too late for me to make use of.

THANK YOU AMY!! We stayed with our 2 year old for a wedding in the area. We had a very comfortable stay and a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately we realised on the way home that we had left our son’s beloved toy penguin, Pippi in amongst the bedsheets. We were so worried about poor little Pippi, all alone in a strange lost property box, but Amy on reception was an absolute hero! Not only did she find Pippi and send her back, she also took her on as one of the team in the meantime. Our son was absolutely tickled looking at the photos of what Pippi had been up to on her adventure (as were we). Thank you, Amy and team, for going above and beyond, we were very touched.

I’ve stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and this one was quite typical. It’s situated on a business park with the usual pub/eatery next door. Stayed here for two nights whilst at a Cheltenham race meeting. The only complaint I’d make is that my room (116) stunk of stale water. I asked reception if I could move but they were fully booked. In hindsight I should have requested a discount as I wasn’t offered anything and to be honest the lady on reception didn’t seem interested. Had to sleep with the window open for two nights in chilly October. Other than that, a decent Premier Inn.

Stayed here recently whilst visiting family. Saw to different receptionist. Amy and Suzy. They were so polite when checking in/out. Advised us on the restaurant next door. The room was spacious and clean. Everything we need for myself my husband and our daughter.

Stayed here for the night as a half way point to our Devon holiday. Lovely polite and helpful staff at reception. The room was clean with free tea and coffee, and had a good powerful shower. This is a nice quiet hotel. It was in a good location with a Tesco, Costa and dominoes pizza over the road. Had the meal deal and cannot complain about the food in the evening or the breakfast, it was lovely. The staff in the pub were great.

Stopped one night on the way back from Cornwall to Lincolnshire. Easy reach of the motorway and plenty parking. The room was comfortable and clean. Quiet too, no noise from nearby. Breakfast in the Brewers Fayre was excellent, too. There are lifts, and the easy access rooms which I got seem ideal for those with mobility issues with hand rails and alarms provided.
